How your purchases are helping to support a larger cause - 1% For The Planet Charity

1% For The Planet is a beautiful example of the power, strength and dedication a group of people can have when trying to give back to a larger cause.  Since 2002, this non-for-profit organisation has generated an overwhelming $175 million which has been put back into the environment.

Why is 1% For The Planet Charity so special?

1% For The Planet has gained large amounts of popularity due to their altruistic and unique approach to helping to change the world.  The charity has six core areas that it wants to support and improve: climate, food, land, pollution, water, and wildlife.  By receiving an incredible amount of encouragement from a global network of businesses, individuals and non-profits, 1% For The Planet is able to turn their vision into a reality.

1% For The Planet operates by following their heartfelt mission statement of “bringing dollars and doers together to accelerate smart environmental giving”.  The charity can now boast of having more than 1,200-member businesses, numerous amounts of individuals as well as thousands of non-for-profit partners all around the world.  Their network spans across more than 40 countries.

How are you, our customers helping to assist this wonderful cause?

At Koala Eco, we believe strongly in trying to look after this beautiful world we live in.  By introducing chemical-free cleaning products that are effective, safe and sustainable, we are attempting to do our part to help preserve our environment.  We feel that 1% For The Planet has similar goals and hopes for our environment which is why we felt it was only right to join them on their movement.

At Koala Eco, we have proudly joined up with 1% For The Planet Charity and arranged for a portion of EVERY sale made to go to their amazing cause.  This means that anyone who purchases our cleaning products is not only helping the environment by using chemical-free alternatives, but they’re also supporting a larger cause; 1% For The Planet.
